Monthly Meetings
There are nine monthly meetings each year, held at 5:00 p.m. on the third Saturday of each month (unless otherwise designated in the newsletter) at a location designated in the newsletter. There is no meeting in December. Meetings include a potluck dinner and a program, some of which are koi and pond-related, while others are topics of general interest to everyone. Annual dues are $25 per family, which includes a monthly newsletter (11 per year) delivered via email prior to the date of each monthly meeting to keep you advised and informed on meetings and upcoming events.
Next Meeting
The next monthly meeting will be our annual after-Christmas party, which will be held at the Forrester Woods Clubhouse (424 Piney Grove Road in Greenville) on Saturday January 17th, 2026, beginning with cocktails (BYOB) at 6:00 P.M. , followed by dinner at 7:00 P.M. Smoked brisket and pork, tea, and water and soft drinks will be provided, with attendees bringing appetizers, side dishes, and desserts.
If you want to attend, you need to contact Deb Soden (864-546-1702) or debflutterby@yahoo.com., no later than Friday January 9th to let her know how many will be in your party and what dish you plan to bring.
After dinner, as is our tradition, we will have our annual Chinese gift exchange. Each household is to bring one wrapped gift. The gift should be yard or pond-related, with a maximum value of $35.
